Pottinger to inform you that all the Pottinger Buildings
at Navy Point have been given over to Major General
Berett and to Thomas Chisholm for the use of the
Army and Navy,
You are therefore requested to hand
them over together with all the Contracts
you may have entered into connected with them to whatever
Officer the Major General may appoint to superintend
their completion
